Week of June 27 the dry wall process has started and will continue.  It is starting to look like a real house inside.

June 21

They roof tile was delivered today and placed on the roof. The cool deck is also being ground down... that is a messy dusty job. Tomorrow drywall...

May 8 ... Framing almost complete

On May 8, we meet with the Electrician, The Audio / Video installer / and the cabinet man.  Everything is in sync as all those folks need to coordinate where the receptacles, speakers, connectors, routers, hubs coax cables, telephone cable and for all the various electronics need to go.  John was here this weekend to do this.

At he moment the house looks "big for the street", but we went across the lake to take a look and it blends in nicely.  But on the street it is big as the front entrance is quite tall.  One the windows are in and the stucco on, the front should blend in a well.

Next week these operations will start with the completed framing going on as well.  Windows are coming near the end of May, and then the dry wall and we'll be able to "see" the end of the project.

June 22nd my last day on the job!

The house stucco is starting! This is very exciting.
On the roof you can see the tile. It is really taking shape and it
looks like home!

The real queen is in the yellow chair. It seems that the remodel has been approved

starting to move again

Today is June 15th and the second permit was approved yesterday so we are doing inspections on plumbing, framing, electrical, and the stecco prep. More photos tomorrow when they start draining the pool and doing the insulation. I like it when lots is going on each day. Look for the photos.
