Building the templates for the granite counter tops and bar area.  This is a careful job and requires precision.

Adjustments to undersink plumbing to accomodate our design change.  We pushed the island out a foot and had to extend the pipes. 

Starting to install the cabinets.

A new Milestone. The cabinets have been delivered and are being installed

The cabinets came today, July 6.  The are laid about in the great rooms like pieces of a puzzle.   A lone installer is left to go the job ( he says help just gets in the way).  Should be done by the end of the week and then the tile work and painting will begin.  As soon as there are cabinet surfaces, they will template the granite counter tops and get that proccess started.  It is a big job but now there is pretty clear finish process.  The cabinets look great!

Quiet 4th of July weekend ... a few pixs of proress to date.

The basic interior of the house is done and set for putting the finishing touch together.  There is painting, cabinets, flooring, tile, electical and plumbing items and then the pool.  I am told this phase will go quickly.

Dry Wall and Taping Process

Week of June 27 the dry wall process has started and will continue.  It is starting to look like a real house inside.

June 21

They roof tile was delivered today and placed on the roof. The cool deck is also being ground down... that is a messy dusty job. Tomorrow drywall...
